I have a major advantage over the party candidates, I don't have to sell a party platform.  Also things change in the world and across the country from year to year, month to month, day to day, and even hour to hour; therefore, I will be constantly updating and fine tuning my position to keep up with the most current events and best interest of the working and retired people in this great country.

While I realize that it is impossible to please all the people all the time, I will do my best to please the most people possible at any given time.  To do this, I need feedback from you.  Click on the question to review the web page that discusses the question.  If you answer NO to any of the questions, please send me a comment so I can better understand your position.

  1.  Do you feel we should immediately bring our troops home from Iraq?
    2.  Are we losing the American Dream?
    3.  Do you believe low cost health insurance should be available to everyone?
  4.  Would you rather have really affordable health insurance then able to sue a health care provider for millions? 
    5.  Do you believe medical tests costs to much?
    6.  Do you think terminally ill people should be able to end things on their terms?
  7.  Would you like to see us converting wind and solar power to energy instead of purchasing oil from foreign countries?
    8.  Should the credit industry treat all people equally by having one interest rate for everyone? 
    9.  Should the credit industry lower the debt to income ratio for extending credit and not keep giving out more and more high interest credit just to pay high interest payments on existing debt?
  10.  Should a check overdraft fee or an over the limit fee be limited to 1% of the amount actually over, instead of charging $27 for each $2, $3, etc. overdraft?
    11.  Should we do away with the credit score?
    12.  Should we have a straight minimum due each month instead of the ever decreasing one that drags repayment out for years?
    13.  If someone is late on a payment, the bank could increase the minimum due by 25%.  A $20 minimum payment would go to $25.  Should the additional amount go to paying off the principle instead of higher penalty interest, which would help pay the debt off faster?
    14.  If a credit company charges a late fee, should that fee go toward the principle?
  15.  If people fail to take advantage of this, should the credit company have an easy preapproved way to set up a minimal deduction without penalty fees from the person's paycheck?
    16.  Would you like to see a Federal sales tax instead of the Federal income tax?

    18.  Would you like to see the educational average based system replaced with a module based system?
    19.  Should certain teachers be trained as police officers to protect their classrooms?

    23.  Should there be a Federal Certification or standard for emergency public safety officers?

    26.  Should we do away with plea bargaining on major crimes?
    27.  Should people arrested in the act of committing a felony or arrested on a warrant for committing felony remain in jail until their trial?
